This publication - co-authored by OrthoNetx' founder - provides measured torque-force data values for an internal disctraction device. The measurements were correlated with in vivo torque readings in an attempt to better understand the force required to distract the osteogenic bone callus of the human mandible during distraction osteogenesis.
